Stage One (Preliminary Design)

ATM Constructors, Inc. reviews the existing site conditions, define the complete scope of work, zoning requirements, and specifications needed for the preliminary drawings. During this phase the client is given a set of complete preliminary design drawings with specifications that gives the client a clear understanding of the design and the overall project budget cost. The client is required to pay 50% of the design fee at the design build meeting. The duration of this phase is based on the design work defined.


Stage Two (Design Development)

ATM Constructors, Inc. provides the final project contract drawings, materials specifications, final fixed pricing, and contract. During this phase the client is required to pay the remaining 50% for the completed design drawings, and also a letter of intent for construction is given to the client. Once the letter of intent is approved a 5% deposit is required based on the preliminary budget cost. The duration of this phase is based on the design revisions defined.

Stage Three (Construction)

ATM Constructors, Inc. provides a job duration schedule, budget cost, construction, and management for your project. We provide communication and construction management regarding your project status weekly. When the client signs the fixed price contract, we accept a 10% deposit on the project construction cost. After the start-up of construction progress payments are needed until the completion of the project. During this phase the client is given superior quality craftsmanship and a two-year warranty agreement.
